1. Services
SetClaw provides professional OpenClaw installation and configuration services for cloud infrastructure. Our services include remote deployment, security hardening, and technical support as outlined in your selected service package.
2. Service Delivery
Services are delivered remotely via video call and secure remote access to your cloud infrastructure. You are responsible for providing necessary access credentials and ensuring your infrastructure meets minimum requirements.
3. Payment
All fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are one-time setup fees unless explicitly stated as recurring (e.g., monthly skill training). We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
4. Refund Policy
If we are unable to complete your installation due to technical limitations on our end, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are not available after successful completion of the installation.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your infrastructure after installation, including rotating credentials shared during setup, keeping software updated, and following security best practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
SetClaw is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of OpenClaw after installation, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches due to your modifications, or third-party integrations you add.
7. Support
Each installation includes 30 days of email and text support for issues directly related to the installation. Extended support and maintenance packages are available for purchase separately.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
